本论文对机场道面摩擦因数测量车的工作原理及其电器控制系统进行研究。结合目前国内机场摩擦因数测量车的使用情况,提出了总体设计方案,完成了软硬件的各功能模块的整体设计。本系统采用工业控制计算机作为上位机,主要实现接收操作人员的操作指令向下位机发送控制命令、进行数据处理、显示及打印等功能。采用PLC做下位机,实现对液压系统和机械系统的控制,并将测量传感器的输出值进行预处理后返回给上位机。
In this paper, the working principle of the road pavement friction factor measurement car and its electrical control system are studied. Combined with the current domestic friction factor measurement of the use of the car, put forward the overall design, completed the overall design of the functional modules of hardware and software. The system uses industrial control computer as the host computer, mainly to receive the operator’s operating instructions to the next bit machine to send control commands, data processing, display and printing functions. The use of PLC as the next crew, to achieve the hydraulic system and mechanical system control, and measuring the output value of the sensor pretreatment returned to the host computer.
