预应力混凝土连续刚构桥以其跨越能力大、经济性好、行车舒适性好、养护费用低等优点,在国内外都普遍被采用,但已建成的大跨连续刚构桥也存在多种病害。珠外环北江特大桥主桥采用125m+210m+125m跨连续刚构方案,针对其跨度大、桥宽大的这一特点,通过着重介绍其箱式的选择、梁高及其变化规律的确定,介绍了结构分析及下构设计的基本情况,以及针对连续刚构主要病害所采取的应对措施,供读者在连续刚构设计方面借鉴。
