目的以芍药苷和甘草酸的提取率为指标。对逍遥软胶囊中白芍和甘草的提取工艺进行研究。方法采用正交试验优选白芍和甘草水提工艺。结果白芍和甘草的最佳提取工艺为：加8倍量水煎煮3次，每次1h。结论采用此工艺对白芍和甘草的提取分离效果较好且操作简单。
