The “Archives of the Month of the Sept. 7,” which was promulgated in the latter part of the Jacobin administration, embodied the will of the French radical revolutionary faction and its content was consistent with that of the latter. The “Archives of the Month of the Sept. 7th” deficiencies also have close ties with the Great Revolution.
