以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和淀粉为原料,采用流延成膜法制备了PVA/淀粉复合薄膜。通过热重分析(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及力学性能测试,研究了PVA与淀粉的不同混合比例对所制备复合薄膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:淀粉的加入降低了复合薄膜的拉伸性能,提高了其热稳定性。动态力学性能分析结果表明,淀粉能够提高复合薄膜的储能模量和刚性。
Using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and starch as raw materials, a PVA / starch composite film was prepared by the cast film method. The effects of different mixing ratio of PVA and starch on the structure and properties of the prepared composite films were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical properties tests. The results showed that the addition of starch reduced the tensile properties of the composite film and improved its thermal stability. Dynamic mechanical properties of the results show that starch can improve the storage modulus and stiffness of the composite film.
