基于磁扫描技术的重离子单粒子效应专用辐照装置在北京HI-13串列加速器实验二厅建成。这套装置针对重离子单粒子试验特点而设计,是今后开展航天器件重离子单粒子试验的专用辐照装置。2009年,在完成了装置的后期建设后,对装置进行了一系列的在束调试实验。1装置调束工作原理重离子单粒子效应专用辐照装置束流调节系统主要由偏转磁铁、扫描磁铁、四极透镜、狭缝仪等元件构成,其布局如图1所示。
A special irradiation device for heavy ion single-particle effect based on magnetic scanning technology was built in Hall 2 of HI-13 tandem accelerator in Beijing. This device is designed for heavy ion single-particle test. It is the special radiation device for carrying out heavy ion single-particle test on aerospace devices in the future.
