提出用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法分析双脊波导的主模单模带宽,并与相关文献报道的计算结果进行比较,结果表明:FDTD法具有较高的计算精度,可以很方便地用于波导传输特性分析。用FDTD法分析了双脊波导中,由于制造工艺造成的双脊之间不对称对主模单模带宽的影响,给出了主模单模带宽分别在脊位置变化、脊宽变化及脊高变化时的变化规律,为双脊波导的设计和工程应用提供参考数据。
The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is proposed to analyze the dominant mode single-mode bandwidth of double-ridge waveguide.
