为了研究(Ni60A+Si)粉末的质量分数、电流和熔覆速度对熔覆层组织和性能的影响,用Ni60A粉末、Cu粉末和Si粉末通过氩弧熔覆在ZL104合金上。利用电子扫描显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析熔覆层的显微组织、颗粒分布以及物相组成,利用显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机测试涂层的性能。结果表明,熔覆层的耐磨性、显微硬度和均匀性取决于(Ni60A+Si)粉末在混合物中的比例。实验获得表面光滑、界面结合良好和无裂纹的熔覆层,其显微硬度为390~680 HV,滑动摩擦系数为0.52~0.3。
In order to study the influence of mass fraction of Ni60A + Si powder, current and deposition rate on microstructure and properties of the coating, Ni60A powder, Cu powder and Si powder were deposited on ZL104 alloy by argon arc welding. The microstructure, particle distribution and phase composition of the cladding layer were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The properties of the coatings were tested by microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The results show that the wear resistance, microhardness and uniformity of the cladding depend on the proportion of (Ni60A + Si) powder in the mixture. The experimental results show that the coatings with smooth surface, good interfacial adhesion and no cracks have a microhardness of 390 ~ 680 HV and a sliding friction coefficient of 0.52 ~ 0.3.
