目的观察连翘不同极性提取部位对化疗性大鼠异食癖的防治作用。方法连翘水煎液依次用正丁醇、乙酸乙酯萃取,以顺铂建立化疗性大鼠异食癖模型,以大鼠每日摄食高岭土量为指标,观察连翘各提取部位对化疗性大鼠异食癖的防治作用。结果连翘不同极性提取部位均可抑制大鼠摄食高岭土,其中乙酸乙酯部位作用最强,但各极性提取部位的作用强度均弱于连翘水煎液全药,而且起效较慢。结论连翘不同极性提取部位均可抑制顺铂所致的大鼠异食癖,提示其对化疗性恶心呕吐有一定的防治作用;但各极性部位止呕强度均弱于连翘全药。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of different polarity extraction sites of Forsythia suspensa on pica in rats. Methods Forsythia suspensa decoction was sequentially extracted with n-butanol and ethyl acetate to establish a chemopreventive model of rat with cisplatin. The daily feeding amount of kaolin was used as an index to observe the effect of each extract of Forsythia suspensa Prevention and treatment of rat pica. Results Forsythia suspensa extract of different polarity can inhibit the ingestion of kaolin in rats, of which the role of ethyl acetate strongest, but the role of the polarity of the extraction site were weaker than Forsythia decoction of the whole body, and slower onset . Conclusion Forsythia suspensa extract of different polarities can inhibit cisplatin-induced rat’s pica, suggesting that it has some preventive and therapeutic effects on chemotherapy and nausea and vomiting. However, the antieathering intensity of each polar part is weaker than that of Forsythia suspensa .
