在我国大力推进“地质找矿战略”和地质事业“二次创业”的今天,地质人才培养成为我国地质事业可持续发展的关键。当前地质类毕业生培养质量如何?是地矿行业和主管部门关注的重要问题,课题组通过对我国公益地质事业单位的全面跟踪调查和典型单位的访谈分析,比较全面的了解了公益地质行业地质类毕业生的质量状况,总结了地质类毕业生培养的经验和成绩,剖析了存在的问题及其原因,结合国家地质事业发展的新要求和人才培养规律,提出了进一步改进和提高地质类毕业生培养质量的对策建议。
Today, as we vigorously promote “Geological prospecting strategy” and “Geological undertaking” and “Second pioneering”, the training of geological talents has become the key to the sustainable development of geology in our country. At present, how to cultivate the graduates of geology? It is an important issue that the geology and mining industry and the competent department pay close attention to.
