目的研究花花柴Karelinia caspia(Pall.)Less的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和反相RP-18色谱柱,对花花柴乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离出12个化合物,分别鉴定为Δ5,22-豆甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷(1)、蒲公英甾醇醋酸酯(2)、cyclomusalenone(3)、φ-蒲公英甾醇(4)、taraxast-20-ene-3β,30-diol(5)、豆甾醇(6)、槲皮素(7)、4’,3,5,7-四羟基-3’,6-二甲氧基黄酮(8)、柽柳素(9)、芹菜素(10)、4β-acetoxy-3β-angeloyloxy-7,11-dehydroeudesman-8-one(11)、3β-angeloyloxy-4α,11-dihdroxy-6,7-dehydroeudesman-8-one(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Karelinia caspia (Pall.) Less. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel and reversed-phase RP-18 column were used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extracts of S. japonica. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by spectral data. As a result, 12 compounds were isolated and identified as Δ5,22-stigmasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), dandelion sterol acetate (2), cyclomusalenone (3), φ-dandelion sterol (4), taraxast-20-ene-3β, 30-diol (5), stigmasterol (6), quercetin (7), 4 ’, 3,5,7-tetrahydroxy- (8), albosamine (9), apigenin (10), 4β-acetoxy-3β-angeloyloxy-7,11-dehydroeudesman-8-one (11), 3β-angeloyloxy-4α, 11-dihdroxy -6,7-dehydroeudesman-8-one (12). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
