钢制的各种机械零件热处理时,特别在淬火过程中会产生变形,因此如何减少变形,对保证零件质量具有重要意义。现将生产实践中摸索出的轴和轴套类零件热处理变形规律介绍于后,供参考。轴类零件的热处理变形 45钢零件水淬后轴上键槽会缩小;水淬油冷,轴上键槽缩小较少;油淬后,轴上键槽涨大;硝盐(50%KNO_3+50%NaNO_2+1.5%H_2O,下同)冷却后,轴上键槽略涨大。 40Cr钢零件水淬后轴上键槽缩小;油淬后,轴上键槽涨大;淬入180℃硝盐中冷却,键槽涨大;淬入150℃硝盐中冷却,轴上键槽略涨大;淬入120℃硝盐
