师生互动对于促进师生的共同发展具有重要价值和意义。在我国目前中小学课堂师生互动类型中,教师与学生个体互动和教师与班级群体互动是主要类型,教师与学习小组互动则处于缺失的地位,这不利于新课程目标的实现。师组互动缺失的原因主要有:教师课堂教学的时间有限;中小学课堂班额大、学生多;教师不够重视。解决这些问题,有助于师组互动的开展。
Teacher-student interaction has important value and significance for promoting the common development of teachers and students. In the teacher-student interaction type of primary and secondary school classrooms in China, the interaction between teachers and students and the interaction between teachers and class groups are the main types. The interaction between teachers and learning groups is in the missing position, which is not conducive to the realization of the new curriculum objectives. The main reasons for the lack of interaction between divisions are: limited time for teachers in classroom teaching; large class sizes in primary and secondary schools and many students; and insufficient attention from teachers. Solving these problems can help the development of teacher-group interaction.
