目的:研究心脉龙注射液升压作用与血管平滑肌钙通道之间的关系。方法:观察心脉龙注射液对不同处理的离体血管平滑肌的影响。结果:心脉龙注射液能兴奋家兔离体降主动脉及肺动脉,该药引起上述动脉条收缩 50%效应的浓度分别是 1. 99、 4. 67mg.ml-1,分别在 3× 10-5~ 6× 10-3、 10-3~ 6× 10-3g.ml-1范围呈量效关系。 50μ mol维拉帕米能完全取消心脉龙注射液兴奋降主动脉、肺动脉的作用。该药对两种血管条在无钙及含钙 Krebs液中分别引起无兴奋及收缩反应。结论:心脉龙注射液收缩血管平滑肌与细胞外钙内流有密切关系。
Objective: To study the relationship between the pressure-increasing effect of Xinmailong injection and calcium channel of vascular smooth muscle. Methods: The effect of Xinmailong injection on the vascular smooth muscle isolated from different treatments was observed. RESULTS: Xinmailong injection was able to stimulate rabbits to descend the descending aorta and pulmonary arteries. The concentration of the drug causing the 50% contraction of the above-mentioned arterial strips was 1.99, 4.67 mg.ml-1, respectively, at 3×10. The dose-effect relationship ranged from -5 to 6×10-3, 10-3 to 6×10-3 g.ml-1. 50μmol verapamil can completely abolish the effect of Xinmailong injection to stimulate the descending aorta and pulmonary artery. The drug caused no excitatory and contractile responses to the two vascular strips in calcium-free and calcium-containing Krebs fluids, respectively. Conclusion: The systolic vascular smooth muscle of Xinmailong injection is closely related to extracellular calcium influx.
