情感管理是指管理者关注员工的精神需求,激发员工的正向情感,疏导员工的消极情绪,增强员工的心理承受能力,最终通过情感的双向交流和沟通实现有效管理,确保员工保持良好的精神状态,充分调动员工的主动性、积极性和创造性,从而达到人企共赢。本文围绕情感管理彰显了以人为本的根本原则这一主题,从情感管理与制度管理是互补互融的关系以及实施情感管理的做法这两个方面予以阐述,并例举了国网大连供电公司“三心”工程这个情感管理的成功案例。
