粟培光工程师在其論文中,总結了北京市几年来在排水管道設計和施工中的一些主要經驗;並提出了管座和管体联合参加抗挠工作的假定。按照此法所求得的鋼筋混凝土管的規格較之苏联标准降低很多。从而可以大量节約鋼材、水泥;并降低工程造价。同时,由北京市敷建管道的經驗来看:它又能够基本上滿足工程貭量上的要求。
In his thesis, Mi Peiguang’s thesis summed up some of the major experiences in the design and construction of drainage pipelines in Beijing in the past few years; he also put forward the assumption that the joints and tubes join joint anti-sliding work. The specifications of reinforced concrete pipes obtained in accordance with this method are much lower than those of Soviet standards. This can save a lot of steel, cement; and reduce project cost. At the same time, according to the experience of the construction of pipelines in Beijing, it can basically meet the requirements of the project.
