以穿心莲内酯为检测指标,对穿心莲胶囊与穿心莲丸进行了生物利用度的比较研究,采用RP-HPLC测定血药浓度,Pharmfit药动学软件进行参数模拟。穿心莲胶囊和穿心莲丸中穿心莲内酯的动力学参数:Cmax分别为2.23mg/L和1.08mg/L;Tmax分别为0.57h和0.96h;AUC0→24h分别为8.39mg·h/L和3.94mg·h/L。结果表明,在穿心莲胶囊中,穿心莲内酯的生物利用度明显大于穿心莲丸。
Taking andrographolide as the detection index, the bioavailability of Andrographis paniculata capsules was compared with that of Andrographis paniculata. The plasma concentration was determined by RP-HPLC and the Pharmfit pharmacokinetic software was used to simulate the parameters. The kinetic parameters of andrographolide in Andrographolide capsules and Andrographis paniculata: Cmax were 2.23mg / L and 1.08mg / L respectively; Tmax was 0.57h and 0.96h respectively; AUC0 → 24h were 8.39mg · h / L and 3.94mg · H / L. The results showed that the andrographolide in the bioavailability of andrographolide significantly greater than andrographolide pills.
