用神经节苷脂(GM1)(10mg/kg)处理器血管闭塞全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血海马组织线粒体钙(MitochondriaCalcium、MCa)钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM)的含量变化及评价GM1对其变化的影响。结果表明。GM1能遏止缺血再灌注期MCa、CaM含量明显增高的变化,明显减轻缺血再灌注期的钙跨膜内流,具有肯定的脑保护作用。
