源于西方的管理学很年轻,理论体系存在着结构性缺陷,大部分属于科学技术性理论,古典管理理论、行为科学理论、现代管理理论都很少涉及人文方面的管理理论,原因西方人的心智成长属于宗教哲学而不属于组织管理理论范畴,即便是有些理论重视了员工心智管理,西方的人文管理理论也解决不了中国员工的心智问题,因为人文学科具有区域性。因此本文通过分析西方管理理论及西方人文的特质相较于中国社会,人文,环境方面的差异给予出国外管理理论相较于国内的适用性结论及建议。
Management from the West is very young, there are structural defects in the theoretical system, most belong to the scientific and technical theory, classical management theory, behavioral science theory, modern management theory are rarely involved in humanistic management theory, the reason Westerners Growth belongs to religious philosophy and does not belong to the category of organizational management theory. Even though some theories attach importance to the management of employees’ minds, Western theories of humanistic management can not solve the mental problems of Chinese employees because of the regional nature of humanities. Therefore, this article gives the conclusions and suggestions on the applicability of foreign management theory to China by analyzing the difference between western management theory and western humanistic characteristics in comparison with Chinese society, humanities and environment.
