目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:自2009年1月~2012年1月,对510例卵巢肿瘤进行二维超声及彩色多普勒检测分析,二维超声常规检查附件区肿物的大小,引入彩色多普勒观察病灶周边及内部血流情况,并对肿块内部的血管进行多点采样,进行彩色多普勒评分并获得最小阻力指数(CDUS+RI)。结果:卵巢良恶性肿瘤二维超声的形态学表现有明显的统计学意义;恶性肿瘤腹水的检出率为53%,良性肿瘤腹水的检出率为2%,良恶性肿瘤的CDUS和RI均值间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:利用二维超声形态等特点和彩色多普勒探测肿瘤内部血流RI值,可诊断和鉴别诊断良、恶性卵巢肿瘤。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods: From January 2009 to January 2012, 510 cases of ovarian tumors were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler.
