Based on high resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio spectra, we determine the chemical abundance of nearby star HD131023 by using differential anlysis. Abundances of a total of 24 elements are presented. Some heavy elements, such as Sr, Y, Ba, La and Nd, are found to be overabundant relative to the Sun.
