研究了钼和铌对中碳低合金铸钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Mo和Nb含量的增加,试样组织逐渐细化,强度、硬度增加,伸长率降低。当Mo含量达到0.3%~0.5%时,其综合力学性能较好;当Nb含量达到0.04%~0.06%时,试样同样具有较好的综合性能。
The effects of molybdenum and niobium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of medium carbon low alloyed cast steel were investigated. The results show that with the increase of Mo and Nb content, the microstructure of the sample is refined, the strength and hardness increase, and the elongation decreases. When the Mo content reaches 0.3% ~ 0.5%, its comprehensive mechanical properties are better; when the Nb content reaches 0.04% ~ 0.06%, the sample also has a good overall performance.
