目的:利用近红外特征谱段相关系数法对野木瓜片中是否含有异性有机物进行快速定性分析。方法:使用近红外光谱仪的光纤附件测定光谱,以不含有异性有机物的野木瓜片的近红外光谱为参照光谱,选择特定谱段,建立待测样品光谱与参照光谱在该谱段的相似系数阈值,定性判断待测样品是否含有异性有机物。结果:选定6022~5587 cm-1谱段为特征谱段,设定阈值为65%,用54个含异性有机物的样品进行验证,相关系数小于65%的有49个,占样品总量的90.74%。结论:此方法具有较好的预测能力,可用于药品检测车现场的快速筛查。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the presence or absence of the opposite sex organism in wild papaya tablets by using the correlation coefficient method of near infrared characteristic spectrum. Methods: Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to determine the spectrum of optical fiber attachment. The near-infrared spectra of wild papaya tablets containing no foreign substances were taken as reference spectra, and the specific spectral bands were selected to establish the similarity coefficient threshold Qualitatively determine whether the sample to be tested contains the opposite sex organics. Results: The spectral bands from 6022 to 5587 cm-1 were selected as the characteristic spectral bands, and the threshold value was set as 65%. Fifty-four samples containing the same or different organic compounds were validated. The correlation coefficients were less than 65% and 49, 90.74%. Conclusion: This method has good predictive ability and can be used for rapid screening of drug testing vehicles.
