针对电厂发电机组的事件顺序 ( SOE)记录和快速测试 ,论述了一种基于 PROFIBUS现场总线的发电机组监测系统。着重分析了高速的 PROFIBUS— DP通信网的通信机制和该监测软件的实时数据采集、数据库策略。通过监测主机的高速采样、数据库的优化 ,完成了快速数据采集 (最高分辨率为 1 ms)软件的设计。同时该现场总线控制系统 ( FCS)可实现远程分散数据的集中监视、故障诊断等功能。该系统已在浙江北仑电厂 2号机组投入运行。
Aiming at the SOE recording and rapid test of power plant generator set, a monitoring system of generator set based on PROFIBUS fieldbus is discussed. The communication mechanism of high-speed PROFIBUS-DP communication network and the real-time data acquisition and database strategy of the monitoring software are emphatically analyzed. By monitoring the host of high-speed sampling, database optimization, completed fast data acquisition (up to 1 ms) software design. At the same time, the fieldbus control system (FCS) can realize centralized monitoring and fault diagnosis and other functions of remote decentralized data. The system has been put into operation in Zhejiang Beilun Power Plant Unit 2.
