具生理活性的抗坏血酸溶液呈右旋性。中国药典(1977年版)规定抗坏血酸的比旋度为+20.5~+21.5。该比旋度系以蒸馏水配制成10%的溶液所测得。配制抗坏血酸注射液时,均加入碳酸氢钠调节注射液pH 值在5.0~7.0。抗坏血酸溶液的比旋度随着pH 值的变化而改变,故难于应用旋光法测定其抗坏血酸注射液的含量。笔者在配制抗坏血酸注射液时,观测了抗坏血酸溶液在不同pH 值时,抗坏血酸比旋度的变化情况以及抗坏血酸溶液浓度与旋光度之间的相互关系。以此,提出旋光法测定抗
Physiologically active ascorbic acid solution was dextrorotatory. Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977 edition) provides ascorbic acid specific rotation of +20.5 to +21.5. The specific rotation is measured in distilled water as a 10% solution. Preparation of ascorbic acid injection, were added sodium bicarbonate to adjust the injection pH value of 5.0 to 7.0. The specific rotation of ascorbic acid solution changes with the change of pH value, so it is difficult to determine the content of ascorbic acid injection by polarimetry. In the preparation of ascorbic acid injection, the author observed the ascorbic acid solution at different pH values, ascorbic acid specific rotation and the ascorbic acid solution concentration and optical rotation between the correlation.
