温州瓯江北口大桥主桥为三塔连跨悬索桥,加劲梁形式比选是前期工作的研究重点。为选择较优方案,首先通过有限元软件ANSYS建立双层体系和平层体系模型,计算分析整体结构体系受力特点;其次通过建立局部加劲梁有限元模型,分析材料力学性能;最后,结合项目具体建设条件,综合比选双层体系和平平层体系。在两种体系受力均满足设计要求的前提下,根据综合比选情况,比选出更适合于本项目采用的双层钢桁梁体系,为前期工作方案的选取上面提供了重要决策依据。
The main bridge of Oujiang Beikou Bridge in Wenzhou is a three-tower span suspension bridge. The comparison of the form of stiffening girder is the focus of previous work. In order to choose the optimal scheme, the model of double-layer system and leveling-layer system was established by finite element software ANSYS, and the mechanical characteristics of the whole system were calculated and analyzed. Secondly, the finite element model of local stiffening girder was used to analyze the mechanical properties of the material. Finally, Construction conditions, a comprehensive comparison and selection of two-tier system and leveling system. Based on the comprehensive comparison and selection, the double-deck steel truss girder system that is more suitable for this project is selected under the premise of both systems being designed to meet the design requirements. This provides an important decision-making basis for the selection of the previous work plan.
