目的:探讨羚角钩藤汤辅助西药治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床价值。方法:抽取2016年1月至2018年4月焦作市人民医院收治的69例早发型重度子痫前期患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为西药组(n n＝34)与联合组(n n＝35)。西药组给予硫酸镁注射液治疗，联合组加用羚角钩藤汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后血压、24 h尿蛋白定量、氧化应激指标的变化情况。统计两组妊娠延长时间、计划终止妊娠比例、新生儿出生体脂率及不同时间Apgar评分结果。比较母婴结局。n 结果:联合组疗效分级优于西药组(n P<0.05)；治疗1周后，联合组收缩压、舒张压、脐动脉收缩末期峰值/舒张末期峰值、24 h尿蛋白定量、丙二醛、脂质过氧化物、晚期蛋白质氧化产物低于西药组，超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性高于西药组(n P<0.05)。联合组妊娠延长时间长于西药组，新生儿出生体脂率高于西药组，出生不同时间Apgar评分高于西药组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:羚角钩藤汤辅助西药治疗早发型重度子痫前期疗效肯定，可提升抗氧化酶活性，减轻机体氧化应激，改善母婴结局。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical value of antelope horn and uncaria decoction assisted with Western medicine in the treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:A total of 69 patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia hospitalized by Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were divided into Western medicine group (n n=34) and combined group (n n=35) by random number table method. Western medicine group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection, and combined group was additionally given antelope horn and uncaria decoction assisted with Western medicine. The treatment effects, blood pressure, 24 h urine protein quantification and oxidative stress indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The pregnancy extension time, proportion of planned termination of pregnancy, neonatal birth weight and Apgar scores at different times of birth were counted in the two groups. And the maternal-infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.n Results:The efficacy grading in combined group was better than that in Western medicine group (n P<0.05). After 1 week of treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood flow rate of systolic-end peak/diastolic-end peak of umbilical artery, 24 h urine protein quantitation, malondialdehyde, lipid peroxide, and advanced oxidation protein product in combined group were lower than those in Western medicine group (n P<0.05). And the superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity in combined group were higher than those in Western medicine group after 1 week of treatment (n P<0.05). The pregnancy extension time in combined group was longer than that in Western medicine group, and the neonatal birth weight was higher than that in Western medicine group, and the Apgar scores of neonates at different times after birth were higher than those in Western medicine group (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Antelope horn and uncaria decoction assisted with Western medicine has definite efficacy in the treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia, and it can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzyme, reduce body oxidative stress and improve maternal-infant outcomes.
