目的：分析胆囊癌的CT表现和特征，探讨其CT诊断价值和限度。材料与方法：回顾分析经手术病理证实的34例胆囊癌的CT检查资料。结果：根据胆囊癌的CT表现，分为三型：厚壁型21例，腔内型4例，肿块型9例。结论：CT是诊断胆囊癌的有效方法．增强扫描可提高诊断的准确性。
Objective: To analyze the CT manifestations and characteristics of gallbladder carcinoma and discuss its diagnostic value and limits of CT. Materials and Methods: Retrospective analysis of CT examinations of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by pathology. RESULTS: According to the CT appearance of gallbladder carcinoma, it was divided into three types: thick-walled type in 21 cases, endoluminal in 4 cases, and mass in 9 cases. Conclusion: CT is an effective method to diagnose gallbladder cancer. Enhanced scanning can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
