目的应用高分辨魔角旋转核磁共振1H谱研究肾脏肿瘤组织的代谢变化。方法选取肾癌肿瘤组织和癌旁对比组织标本,分别作病理分析和高分辨魔角旋转核磁共振1H谱检测。结果通过对比发现乳酸、胆碱类物质(胆碱、磷酸胆碱和甘油磷酸胆碱)及肌醇在肾癌组织中明显升高。结论肾癌组织的代谢特征明显不同于癌旁对比组织,这可以为肾癌的诊断提供分子水平上的代谢依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the metabolic changes of renal tumor tissue by high resolution magic angle rotation 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Methods Tissue samples of renal cell carcinoma and para-cancerous tissue were selected for histopathological analysis and high-resolution magic angle nuclear magnetic resonance (1H) 1H detection. Results By comparing the lactic acid, choline (choline, phosphocholine and glycerophosphocholine) and inositol in renal cell carcinoma was significantly higher. Conclusion The metabolic characteristics of renal cell carcinoma are obviously different from those in adjacent tissues, which can provide molecular evidence for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
