应用回归分折的方法建立了回收率(ε)与解离分布模型参数(b、k)的数学模型ε=f(b、k);解释了在选别作业中,由于解离分布的不同,而其它条件(如—200目%)、解离度(R_0%)、选别作业皆同,是造成选别指标(回收率、精矿品位等)相差很大的主要原因。通过该模型可寻求出最佳的解离分布,从而为获得最佳回收率开辟了一条有效途径。
The mathematical model ε = f (b, k) of recovery (ε) and dissociation distribution model parameters (b, k) is established by using the regression analysis method. It is explained that in the sorting operation, due to the different dissociation distribution , While other conditions (such as -200 mesh%), the degree of dissociation (R_0%), sorting operations are the same, is caused by the sorting index (recovery rate, concentrate grade, etc.) the main reason for the great difference. Through this model, we can find out the best dissociation distribution, which opens up an effective way to get the best recovery rate.
