目的:建立生物转化体系中天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇同步检测方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对这两种物质的检测方法进行研究。流动相为0.02%磷酸溶液(pH2.6)-甲醇(二者体积比为5:95),流速0.5mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长220nm。结果:在此条件下,天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇线性良好,相关系数均达到0.9999,精密度高(RSD<5%),回收率在95%~102%之间。结论:本方法可准确地同步测定生物转化体系中的天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇含量。
Objective: To establish a synchronous detection method of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in bioconversion system. Methods: The detection methods of these two substances were studied by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The mobile phase consisted of 0.02% phosphoric acid solution (pH2.6) -methanol (volume ratio of 5:95), the flow rate was 0.5mL / min, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 220nm. Results: Gastrodin and p - hydroxybenzyl alcohol showed good linearity under these conditions. The correlation coefficients were all 0.9999. The precision was high (RSD <5%). The recoveries ranged from 95% to 102%. Conclusion: This method can accurately and synchronously determine the content of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in bioconversion system.
