一位上海创业者问公司走向正规后,如何留住员工?我是一个创业者,目前公司算是正常运转,但是2009年公司人员流动比较大。我们是小公司,开的工资虽然不高,但是我觉得也跟他们个人能力和工作量相匹配的。可是2009年依然有很多人在年末选择离开了公司,造成了很大的负面影响。我想问,公司走上正规后,我该如何留住员工,激励员工呢?能找到像马云的18团队那样的人吗?
A Shanghai entrepreneur asked the company how to retain his employees after going to formality. I am an entrepreneur and the company is currently operating normally.
