目的:了解武汉市某三甲医院消化系统疾病住院患者营养支持实施状况,为选择合理营养支持途径、减少营养支持相关并发症、规范营养支持流程提供依据。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,对2015年10月16日武汉市某医院255名消化系统疾病住院患者进行营养支持状况调查。结果:消化系统疾病住院患者营养支持的应用率为59.6%,肠外营养、肠内营养应用之比为16∶1,肠内营养患者胃肠道并发症发生率较高,肠外营养患者代谢并发症发生率高于肠内营养患者(P<0.05)。结论:应加强医护协作,为患者制定个性化的营养支持方案,实施标准的营养支持护理流程,为患者提供规范有效的营养支持措施,改善患者营养水平。
Objective: To understand the status of nutritional support for inpatients with digestive system diseases in a top three hospital in Wuhan, and to provide basis for choosing proper nutrition support ways, reducing the complications related to nutrition support and standardizing the nutrition support procedure. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the status of nutritional support for 255 inpatients with digestive diseases in a hospital in Wuhan on October 16, Results: The rate of nutritional support for inpatients with digestive diseases was 59.6%. The ratio of parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition was 16:1. The incidence of gastrointestinal complications was higher in patients with enteral nutrition. The patients with parenteral nutrition The complication rate was higher than that of enteral nutrition (P <0.05). Conclusion: We should strengthen medical and health care collaboration, develop personalized nutritional support programs for patients, implement standard nutrition support nursing process, provide standardized and effective nutritional support for patients, and improve patient nutrition.
