目的建立面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的荧光增强测定方法。方法硫胺素在碱性介质中被过氧化苯甲酰氧化成硫色素,分别测定溶液荧光强度F和试剂空白荧光强度F0,以ΔF对过氧化苯甲酰浓度进行线性回归,同时对测定条件进行优化。结果过氧化苯甲酰在0.20~5.00μg/ml范围内与其荧光强度线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 3,方法的检出限为0.023μg/ml,样品加标回收率为94.1%~107.5%,样品测定值日内相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.11%,日间相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.13%。结论该方法简单、灵敏、快速、易于操作,可以用于大量样品的过氧化苯甲酰测定。
AIM To establish a fluorescence enhancement method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in flour. Methods Thiamine was oxidized to benzoyl peroxide in alkaline medium and oxidized to sulfur dye. The fluorescence intensity F and the blank fluorescence F0 of the solution were measured respectively. The linear regression of benzoyl peroxide concentration was carried out with ΔF. optimize. Results The benzoyl peroxide had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.20-5.00 μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, the detection limit was 0.023 μg / ml and the recoveries were 94.1% -107.5 %, The relative standard deviations (n = 6) and the relative standard deviations (n = 6) were 2.11% and 2.13% respectively.
