本文以区域产业项目迁移为背景,融合产业资本规模异质性,建立区域产业空间布局调整优化模型,利用离散随机变量仿真方法预测迁移项目的空间分布;以产业经济效益,能耗特征对产业进行分类,设定不同类型的产业技术效率发展方式,借助生产函数法和产业污染投影系统,仿真分析不同技术效率发展方式下的迁移产业产出和污染排放的空间分布规律,并利用环境基尼系数对迁移项目空间布局的经济、生态均衡性进行评价.结果表明,产业资本规模异质性会有效缓解区域经济发展和环境污染间的矛盾;相对于注重低能耗产业发展的技术进步,单纯注重经济效益的产业技术发展方式会加剧区域经济、生态的非均衡性;在短期内,相比于低能耗产业技术水平的提升,产业的规模化建设对区域整体的经济、生态均衡性影响更加显著.
Based on the relocation of regional industrial projects, this paper integrates the heterogeneity of industrial capital scale, establishes the optimization and adjustment model of regional industrial spatial distribution, predicts the spatial distribution of relocation projects by using discrete random variable simulation method, and makes industrial development based on industrial economic benefits and energy consumption characteristics By means of production function method and industrial pollution projection system, the spatial distribution of industrial output and pollution discharge under different technical efficiency development modes is simulated and analyzed, and the Gini coefficient of environment The results show that the heterogeneity of industrial capital scale can effectively alleviate the contradiction between regional economic development and environmental pollution.
