(1)发动机异响1台日野6缸电喷发动机怠速运转时有金属敲击声,且随着发动机转速的提高,其敲击频率与响声逐渐加大。用手触摸气门室盖,感觉响声在气门室部位。分析认为,当I缸活塞到达压缩冲程上止点时,I缸和VI缸活塞都处于上止点,此时VI缸排气门关闭。若此时VI缸排气门未完全关闭,则可能与活塞发生撞击并产生响声。打开汽缸盖,发现6个缸的活塞顶部都有与排气门撞击的痕
