我国一些高速公路的沥青路面普遍达不到设计使用寿命,一般在5~8年甚至竣工验收期间就出现了早期的损坏。沥青混凝土路面施工质量是影响使用寿命非常重要的环节,沥青混合料质量控制是一个动态的、全过程的控制,并对施工过程中指标控制的偏差情况及时调整,使生产全过程处于受控状态,以保证路面工程质量。课题以内蒙古某一级路路面工程为依托,基于《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40-2004)的动态质量监控的要求,对沥青混合料质量动态监控系统进行开发和应用,依据级配分形理论和统计学原理并建立了动态监控系统有网络状态下的数据传输分析系统和无网络状态下的数据采集分析系统。形成动态监控系统沥青混合料质量可靠性和失稳性控制标准。
