带有涂层的钢结构焊缝的无损检测是在役检测钢结构物的迫切需求技术,也是困扰业界的难题。利用ACFM技术能够检测金属裂纹缺陷尺寸,尤其适用于检测带涂层的焊接构件,并且操作简单方便。采用ACFM设备检测了对接和T型接头试块的表面裂纹,给出了检测图谱,并测量出裂纹的长度和深度尺寸。试验结果表明,裂纹的检出率达100%,缺陷长度相对误差≤12%,缺陷深度相对误差≤25%。这验证了ACFM法在带涂层的钢结构焊缝表面裂纹定位和定量上具有一定的可靠性,其为ACFM应用于工程现场检验提供了有效的参考。
Non-destructive testing of coated steel structure weld seams is an urgent need for in-service inspection of steel structures and is also a dilemma for the industry. ACFM technology can detect the size of metal crack defects, especially for the detection of coated welded components, and the operation is simple and convenient. ACFM equipment was used to detect the surface cracks of the butt joint and the T joint, the test pattern was given, and the length and depth of the crack were measured. The test results show that the detection rate of cracks is 100%, the relative error of defect length is ≤12%, and the relative error of defect depth is less than or equal to 25%. This verifies that the ACFM method has certain reliability in locating and quantifying the surface crack of the welded steel structure with the coated steel structure, which provides an effective reference for the ACFM to be applied in the on-the-spot inspection.
