运用UG软件的参数化设计的功能,阐述了真空泵的设计步骤和基本方法。在UG软件装配环境下,通过自顶向下(Top_Down)的建模方法,以活塞直径为关键参数,实现活塞缸、缸盖、曲轴箱、活塞等零件的尺寸关联,在UG电子表格中,改变关键参数的数值,自动传递到尺寸关联的零件,从而实现产品设计的参数化。基于这样的参数化设计基础上,利用UG软件的优化设计的功能,搜索出关键参数的最佳值,可以有效地减少设计改变的时间和成本。
Using the function of parameterized design of UG software, the design steps and basic methods of vacuum pump are expounded.
