最近,我们对唐山市所辖的2市8县农村初中教师素质状况进行了抽样调查,对42所中学的1989~1993年5届师范院校的629名毕业生(其中中师142人,师专423人,本科64人)进行了问卷调查,并邀文教局局长、中学校长、教导主任等召开座谈会38场,听课约30课时。 调查表明,师专毕业生多数能胜任教学工作,但仍有相当部分人在从师素质方面存在不足。例如,在5届毕业生中,师专生具有熟练教学语言技能的仅占
Recently, we conducted a sample survey on the quality of rural middle school teachers in 8 counties in 2 cities and 8 cities in Tangshan City. We surveyed 629 graduates from 42 secondary schools in the 5-year normal university from 1989 to 1993 (including 142 middle-level teachers, 423 majors and 64 undergraduates) conducted a questionnaire survey and invited the Secretary for Education and Education Bureau, the principal of the secondary school and the teaching director to hold 38 forums and lectures for about 30 hours.
