通噎汤联合TP方案对晚期食管癌QOL KPS及近期疗效的影响

目的:观察通噎汤联合TP方案对晚期食管癌患者QOL、KPS及近期疗效的影响。方法:将食管癌患者60例随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药通噎汤(每日1剂)联合TP方案化疗;对照组只给予TP方案化疗,每3周为1周期,共治疗2个周期;观察治疗前、第1周期后、第2周期后两组患者的安全性指标、一般状况、症状体征、生活质量及SCT的疗效评价等。结果:两组患者治疗后,一般状况、症状体征及生活质量均较治疗前改善(P<0.05或0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗2疗程后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通噎汤联合TP方案能明显改善晚期食管癌患者的一般状况和症状体征、提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的临床症状。 Objective: To observe the effects of Tongluo Decoction combined with TP regimen on QOL, KPS and its curative effect in advanced esophageal cancer patients. Methods: Sixty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Tongfang Decoction (one dose per day) combined with TP regimen. The control group was given TP regimen only once every three weeks , A total of two cycles were observed; safety indicators, general status, symptoms and signs, quality of life and efficacy evaluation of SCT were observed before treatment, after the first cycle, after the second cycle. Results: The general condition, symptoms and signs and quality of life of the two groups were better than those before treatment (P <0.05 or 0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group after 2 courses of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tongliao Decoction combined with TP regimen can significantly improve the general status and symptoms of patients with advanced esophageal cancer, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the clinical symptoms of patients.
