With the rapid development of immune cell biology and immune molecular biology, cell-mediated adoptive immunotherapy has become an important means of adjuvant therapy for cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. For the promotion of the patient’s immune system reconstruction, elimination of residual lesions and bone marrow purification have good results. Cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK cells) are a group of heterogeneous cells obtained by in vitro induction of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with various cytokines.
