1 病历简介患者 ,男 ,2 5岁。因高热、头痛、呕吐及行走困难 1周入院。查体 :体温 39℃ ,神志清 ,腹部皮肤可见荨麻疹 ,全身淋巴结未触及肿大。心率齐 ,85次 /ｍｉｎ。两肺呼吸音清晰。肝脾未扪及。神经系统检查 :颈项有抵抗。双侧克氏征及布氏征阳性。双下肢无力 ,跛行。实验
