按(P1×P2)不完全双列杂交设计,对24个组合的13个主要农艺性状进行了一般配合力、特殊配合力、总配合力分析。结果表明,不同自交系所表现的配合力不同,同一个自交系不同性状和同一个性状不同的自交系配合力之间存在着一定的差异。根据配合力筛选出优良早熟自交系和优良组合。对各性状的遗传力进行估算。结果表明,穗粗、穗行数等性状的遗传力较高,在选育自交系时可早代选择,而穗长、出籽率、穗粒数等性状的遗传力低,不宜早代选择。
According to the incomplete diallel crossing (P1 × P2) design, the general combining ability, special combining ability and total combining ability of 13 major agronomic traits of 24 combinations were analyzed. The results showed that different inbred lines showed different combining ability, and there was a certain difference between the combining ability of different inbred lines of the same inbred line and the same inbred line. According to the combining ability, excellent precocious inbred lines and fine combinations were screened out. The heritability of each trait was estimated. The results showed that the heritability of panicles, ear rows and other traits was high, which could be selected early in breeding inbred lines, while the trait of ear length, seed yield and grains per panicle was low, select.
