研究了缩节安浸种(12h )对无毒棉和抗虫棉幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:在干旱条件下,经缩节安浸种的无毒棉、抗虫棉幼苗含水量总体下降较缓慢,相对电导率较低。干旱至最严重时,200m g/ L 缩节安处理的植物叶片中游离脯氨酸含量相对较低,超氧化物歧化酶活性较高,可溶性蛋白含量较高。200m g/ L 缩节安浸种处理的抗旱效果优于 50m g/ L 的。
The effects of dipped-seed soaking (12 h) on the drought resistance of non-toxic cotton and Bt cotton seedlings were studied. The results showed that the moisture content of Bt cotton seedlings decreased slowly and the relative conductivity was lower under the drought condition. When drought was most serious, the content of free proline in leaves of 200 m g / L Dian Anan was relatively low, the activity of superoxide dismutase was higher and the content of soluble protein was higher. Drought-resisting effect of 200 m g / L Dian Anan soaking treatment was better than 50 m g / L.
