以脲醛树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备氟乐灵微囊悬浮剂。在酸化条件和固化条件保持不变下,讨论了不同分散乳化剂及其配比、不同乳化时间、搅拌速度对微胶囊形成的影响。最终确定以农乳500、1601、SMA、NNO按1∶2.3∶0.1∶0.06混合做分散乳化剂,1000r/min搅拌乳化45min,酸化3h,逐步升温至65℃固化90min作为制备氟乐灵微囊悬浮剂的优化工艺条件。在此条件下可以得到平均粒径为19.5μm左右、悬浮性好、包封率为90.2%的球形微胶囊。
