血液磁极化疗法对急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学和运动功能恢复的影响

目的观察血液磁极化疗法对急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学及运动功能恢复的影响。方法60例脑梗死患者被随机分为A组(药物组)和B组(药物+血磁组),比较两组治疗后血液流变学的改变,并对脑梗死两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)进行比较。结果治疗前脑梗死两组血液粘度均显著高于正常对照组,两组之间无显著性差异。治疗后B组血液粘度较A组明显下降,差异有显著性。治疗前脑梗死两组的FMA评分无显著性差异,治疗后B组运动功能缺损改善明显优于A组(P<0.01)。结论血液磁极化疗法能改善脑梗死患者血液流变学,降低血液粘度,促进瘫痪肢体运动功能恢复。 Objective To observe the effect of blood magnetic resonance therapy on hemorheology and recovery of motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A (drug group) and group B (drug + blood magnetic group). The changes of hemorheology in the two groups were compared. The changes of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score (FMA) for comparison. Results The blood viscosity of the two groups before treatment of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than the normal control group, no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the blood viscosity of group B was significantly lower than that of group A, the difference was significant. There was no significant difference in FMA score between the two groups before treatment of cerebral infarction. After treatment, the improvement of motor function impairment in group B was better than that of group A (P <0.01). Conclusion Hemodynamic therapy can improve the blood rheology, reduce blood viscosity and promote the recovery of motor function in paralyzed patients.
