1998年下半年以来．笔者对北京远郊区县若干个有代表性的工业小区进行了实地考察，看到了近年来北京市工业小区建设所取得的巨大成绩，同时也看到其中所隐含的一些深层次的问题，这些问题引起了我们诸多的思考。北京地区现有22个区县工业小区，大多数已完成七通一平的基础设施 Since the second half of 1998. The author conducted field visits to a number of representative industrial districts in Beijing’s outer suburbs and saw the tremendous achievements made by the construction of the industrial district in Beijing in recent years. At the same time, he also saw some of the deep-seated problems implied by these. The question has caused us many thoughts. There are 22 industrial districts and counties in Beijing, most of which have already completed the infrastructure of Qitongyiping.
