依据“理性人”假设,企业的社会责任积极性要充分调动。这就要求企业界必须证明所有的企业社会责任行为有利于企业发展。就此,以企业社会责任的范围界定为主线,对从20世纪50年代以来国内外学者观点予以梳理和论述。
According to “rational man ” assumption, the enterprise’s social responsibility should be fully mobilized. This requires the business community must prove that all corporate social responsibility behavior conducive to business development. In this regard, the scope of corporate social responsibility as the main line to define the views from domestic and foreign scholars since the 1950s to sort out and discuss.
