目的探讨高血液动力对脾静脉和大隐静脉管壁细胞凋亡的影响。方法收集高压性脾静脉标本15例,曲张大隐静脉标本21例;另设正常脾静脉标本13例和正常大隐静脉标本12例作为对照组。采用TUN EL法和免疫荧光法检测静脉管壁细胞凋亡的分布并计数。结果脾静脉组和曲张组管壁内膜和中膜细胞凋亡比率分别与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组间内膜与中膜细胞凋亡比率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压性脾静脉和大隐静脉管壁细胞凋亡指数明显减少,提示高血流动力影响管壁细胞凋亡的调控。
Objective To investigate the effects of high blood pressure on the apoptosis of splenic vein and great saphenous vein in vitro. Methods Fifteen cases of hypertensive splenic vein and 21 cases of varicose saphenous vein were collected. Thirteen cases of normal splenic vein and 12 cases of normal saphenous vein were used as control group. TUNEL method and immunofluorescence were used to detect the distribution of apoptosis in the vein wall and counted. Results The ratio of apoptotic cells in the intima and media of the splenic vein and the varicocele was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the apoptosis ratio between the intima and the media in each group Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions The apoptotic index of the splenic vein and the saphenous vein obviously decreases, suggesting that the hypermobilistic function may affect the apoptosis of the cell wall.
